Return & Refund Policy

At Sharif Dates, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our dates.
However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please review our policy below.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
Since dates are a perishable food item, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
However, refunds or replacements may be issued in the following cases:
– You received the wrong product
– The product was damaged during transit
– You received an incomplete order
– You received a defective product (stale/spoiled)
2. Timeframe for Claims
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will not be able to process claims reported after this period.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.
5. Non-Refundable Situations

Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Unclaimed shipments (if customer not available at delivery)

Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality

Delay in delivery due to courier issues beyond our control

Taste preference or personal dislike
6. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us.

Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
