We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
(International shipping coming soon, stay tuned!)

2. Shipping Charges

    • Shipping is FREE on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

    • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a small COD fee may apply.

    • Final shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

3. Order Processing Time

    • We process orders within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation.

    • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Time

    • Metro cities: 3-5 working days

    • Other locations: 5-7 working days

    • Remote or out-of-delivery areas may take a little longer.

You will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in your email or SMS.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Non-Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping.
Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

    • Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

    • We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather, festivals, etc.).
We appreciate your patience in such situations.
